I have made my booking, what next?

With our free Meet & Greet service ,15 minutes prior to arrival to the Alicante airport,call us (+34 611400215),then simply drive your car straight to the airport and follow signs to Eixides/Salidas/Departures which will lead you to the top level. At the top level simply choose a parking space and a Star Parking staff member will be waiting for you to collect your car from you.

Is the car park open 24 hours?

Yes, the parking is open 24 hours.

What insurance do you have?

We have an all-risk insurance that covers any damage that your vehicle receives during your stay in our parking lot.

While I'm away, I would like you to do some work on my car, is that possible?

No problem. We can take your car to the ITV station, body shop, general servicing, maintenance or repairs.

Is everything included in the price?

Yes, it is included: pick-up, delivery a courtesy washing, stay and taxes.

I have arrived back to Alicante airport, what's next?

Once you have collected all your luggage and are out of the Arrivals hall, then simply call us on (+34) 611-400-215 and ask for your car to be delivered back to the same place where you left it.

Will I have an additional charge for modifying or canceling my reservation?

Do not worry if you modify or cancel your reservation, we will not charge you anything.

Will my car be clean when I pick it up?

Your car receives a complimentary exterior wash.

What are the payment methods?

There are two methods of payment: by cash and by credit or debit card. You can choose the method you prefer.
